Due to the digital nature of Luau scripts and Roblox map builds, asset purchases delivered via instant download are non-refundable unless the file is proven corrupt or defective within 7 days of purchase.

Directors can submit incident reports regarding safety violations. Our compliance team conducts swift investigations and liaises with Roblox Trust & Safety when necessary.

Spotlight Badges ('⭐ Partner' and '💎 Grant Pot') are assigned at the discretion of the registrar based on community activity, grant disbursements, and strategic alliance status.

Directory view and click counters are updated in real-time in the Firebase Realtime Database node (/promotions). Automated click-fraud or bot-swarming is filtered automatically.

Academies registered under Primary and Secondary categories are encouraged to maintain structured timetables to support educational consistency for virtual students.

GoEduHub infrastructure is monitored 24/7 with real-time Firebase DB REST API integration to guarantee maximum directory accessibility and low-latency response.

GoEduHub reserves the right to amend governance policies to align with evolving digital safety legislation. Registered school directors will receive email notifications of major policy revisions.
